All of my job postings are now including the disclaimer that we are a vaccine mandate company and all employees must either be vaccinated or produce a doctor's note with proof of a medical condition that precludes vaccination. (I've got two employees with immune deficiency issues so they qualify for the exemption.)

We're serious about this. I terminated one person for refusing to comply with mask and testing measures and another employee resigned rather than get the vaccine. No jab, no job.
