While internists will still working up the diagnosis. Of course the best surgeons sometimes followed patients for months or years for the right time to cut, but that's a different story. And among the surgeons they argued who had the worst God complex. The ones who were quick to cut thought they were better because they were more decisive. The ones who waited usually had the better outcomes and they thought they were the true God.
