6. I've said it before and I know I'm not the only one to do so: they are all sooooooo

incompetent when it comes to understanding how the law in the United States functions. They are truly the gang that couldn't fuck things up straight.

I keep wondering just how bad the law schools are that some of them graduated from. Yes, a few of them possess law degrees and sat the bar somewhere. The legal advice they are being given, when they aren't spewing it themselves, is terrible, dysfunctional, speculative and downright lame. I guess you have to be a grifter to see how they imagine that the legal system operates.

What I find frustrating is how often the MSM haircuts get it wrong or just plain grovel at their feet rather than challenge the obvious stupidity. Someone I used to know once said the faces reading the news are failed actors who would have made the junior varsity cheerleading squad by virtue of their looks and their ability to portray melodrama.
