The survey will be mandatory for all staff and faculty, and it will not be anonymous, but rather a link will be sent to .edu email. Faculty can complain to their union, but staff have no union. Staff who do not comply will be terminated. Faculty may be.

As per a friend's Chair today at a state university in central Florida.

on edit: my friend has already changed their voter registration from D to I, and said they aren't the only one.
