vaccination. They are very actively encouraging patients to get vaccinated. Even after I was fully vaccinated, I continued to get those emails. On my last visit to my doctor, I was asked about my vaccination and showed them my vaccination card.

I think most doctors and health care systems are already doing what you suggest.
