Now I'm no fan of Manchin nor the Corp RW that he associates with, BUT before I put money on the truth of this article from the Intercept & written by a completely discredited (within his own circle) shlub like Ryan Grim, I'll be believing the exact truth of this read is just more of Grimm's half-trutheristic sensationalism he has used everywhere else he's attached himself to, to make a living.

Ryan Grim is a propagandist & I'm not surprised the last place that would hire him is The Intercept.
