What is missing in this is that, by and large, people were not ever arrested for violating mask mandates.

They were arrested for acting like jack asses after they were asked to comply. Most of the time by resisting police officers.

They would have been arrested for that kind of behavior regardless of what the original defiance was about.

Some day I want to leave this cursed state
