a 9/11 type bipartisan commission. Speaker Pelosi doesn't need any GQP approval to form select committees to do the investigations. Speaker Pelosi gave the GQP a chance to be a part of the investigation and they declined. Republicans didn't ask for Democratic permission for the 33 Benghazi hearings.

Once the Senate votes down the commission Speaker Pelosi will act.
