If she's on suicide watch, the guards have to shine a flashlight in her cell. They're not
shining it her face - or they're not supposed to. Typically suicide precautions in your run of the mill mental hospital or a prison involve
a worker/guard to shine a light in a room such that the ambient light (edge of cone) shows the sleeping person breathing.
It's supposed to be as discreet as possible and mindful of the sleeping person.
IMO, she and her attorneys are using this as an excuse to give her bail at which point she'll disappear.
And really, fuck this entitled POS pimp. I wouldn't believe anything she or her attorneys say.
