5. I'd like to see insulated lunch bags handed out to folks before they get in line.

Water, Gatorade, power bar, yogurt, bag of nuts, cheese crackers, etc... all kept cool with an ice-pak. This is small potatoes, however, since some really big names are going to descend on Georgia with food and water that will make my lunch bags look like child's play.
