8. I know a lot of Koreans and dated one for quite awhile

Just being familiar with his family and friends, no they do not. They are the epitome of, "Fuck around and find out."

Every one I know who owns a business has a gun somewhere. They're very protective of their businesses and communities. And more than merely owning guns, they seem kind of proud of them. Like it's part of the American dream in some way to arm yourself and protect what is yours.

Of course, I'm generalizing and speaking to my own experiences here, but I've seen it very often.

Edit: I kind of wonder if it's because of the compulsory military service background that's part of their culture.
