I felt that they knew pretty much what they were going to do from day one and were ready to go, with perhaps a handful of last minute alterations due to unforeseen circumstances. This may have been the most prepared and efficient administration in my lifetime and that is in spite of the previous administration's unwillingness to assist in the transition period.

Trump tried to hinder his successor's ability to govern, but Biden was too experienced, focused, and competent.
