28. He violated his terms of bail

He has refused to tell the court where he currently is hiding.

Since he is in hiding and not reporting to the court, the assumption is he is in violation of his bail.

Are we to assume its normal for indicted felons to hang out with known racists. Drink. Lie about their address and refuse to tell the court where they are?
