Unfortunately, their computer system was down that day and they told us to keep trying on their website. I tried 3-4 times every day since the first shot and it took two weeks till I could find an appointment.

Ultimately, the chaos surrounding the vaccines is all Trump's fault. This is a national disaster that needed federal leadership. Governor Cuomo has done a reasonably good job in the face of many difficulties. Still, people should be able to get their shots more easily.
