40. Regarding Ted Cruz and Princeton,

I remember reading an article years ago about him when he was first elected. It said when he was at Princeton, he required anyone who joined his study group to have gone to one of a short list of high end prep schools. The gist of the article was along the lines of what a self-important arrogant prick he was.

But I wonder if it was just him surrounding himself with very intelligent people so he could ride on the backs of their work. Now I should say I went no farther than community college and I don't know much about the culture at higher learning institutions. Just a thought, though.
