10. I knew there were two. "The Singing Brakeman"

was from Meridian, where I’ve got people. Oddly, though Lord knows they were country fans, my folks weren’t into him. But I knew “Honeycomb” from when I was a wee tiny thing. And I would SOB every time I heard “Their Hearts Were Full of Spring.” I was a tender little thing. 😌
