1. I tried to register on the EIDCard.com website.

It will not let me finish registering. I merely wanted to transfer the money into my checking account, but I guess I will have to pay the "user fees" in order to get it.

So someone is getting a few dollars from millions of Americans. After a few millions of Americans have used their card, someone will have made millions upon millions of dollars.
