when so many others are saying it's a much closer race in Pennsylvania. Polls are but a snapshot in time. What really matters is who can get their supporters to actually vote. I don't get how 4% can still be undecided! Perhaps Obama can help them "decide" when he campaigns for Biden today in Pennsylvania.
