What I wish could happen is that anyone who is identified from contact tracing and placed on quarantined could sue them for the loss of income etc. During the quarantine. My thinking is that it would be connected because the quarantine resulted from the contact tracing, even if the actual illness or death could not. They would likely argue that the quarantine wasn't his fault but the fault of the policy makers.
