surgical suite that’s been approved by the state of Georgia. If they don’t, where exactly is the surgery being performed? If somewhere else does he have a financial interest in it? He’s head of labor and delivery at Irwin County Hospital. May be time for an audit there. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s been doing this for awhile for “their own good”, like spaying a dog but different.
