2. Putin can give the State of the Union Address!

Wouldn't that be appropriate?

If Trumpy-Boy gets re-elected, he can invite Putin to the inauguration. Maybe Putin can hold the Bible during the swearing-in. Why not? He's in the White House in spirit anyway. But more, it's even quite likely that Putin has listening devices planted all over the White House. His spies have been wandering all over Trump's "team" for years.
