20. That is exactly what I thought when I saw that photo.

Trump simply doesn't have healthy looking shoulders, that picture made him look like he has been working out. My shoulders are fit, but the angle downward, Trump's shoulders were square and frankly, impressive looking. He had to have had on shoulder pads, that was likely the reason he had his tie undone and shirt open, those pads get hot.
