11. There is the possibility that Fred Trump was a huge Ford admirer and drummed it into his son

Remember, Fred Trump was arrested at a KKK riot, and had a racist policy against renting to black people. And Donald has an obsession with showing how his 'bloodline' shows he's clever, because his uncle was.

It is more likely that Miller introduced it into the speech, but Trump may have understood the message fully.
