Sounds like PA’s stay at home order is controlling things (and I do understand why my county is still red - glad Wolf and Levine did not cave under all the vitriol), but the state could use more testing.

Nursing homes remain an issue in PA. And prisons. I think it may be why my township and the one to the south are among the highest in Montgomery County.
