Presidents don't criminally charge previous presidents for bad policy decisions. [View all]
They don't want to start a precedent that could become a political tool by an opposing party to handicap a president.
But in this case I sure wish Trump would be charged for neglect of duty and be held personally responsible for many American deaths.
