pRick defers called to call Fl Dept of Health

pRick saying just because test kits are out there doesn't mean everything is there to process them. Keeps saying we should be able to do what So. Korea has done and that he asks the Task Force to speed things up

Dr on the line saying early tests had swabs coming from No Italy so had to stop using those. Also, the RNA reagents needed to process the tests has been a bottleneck. Needs FDA approval for them and FDA trying to approve them for use. 3rd bottleneck is the machines to run the tests. We weren't expecting to run thousands a day (even though Federal govt was warned in DECEMBER!)

Screeners don't have enough PPE.
