Maybe, firing the emergency response team was a happy coincidence for Trump's incompetence. And I guess we have Bolton to blame. Not sure I understand why Bolton would be concerned with our national health security, given his focus has always been consumed with exterior threats. Hope to learn more about why he wanted to eliminate the national pandemic response team.

But my point remains. Cities and urban areas will see the brunt of the pandemic. And that affects Democrats in far greater numbers than Republicans. Delaying response ensures more Democratic deaths and chaos in the city/urban areas.
