two years ago to know that a pandemic would appear at the same time as his impeachment. If he did not have knowledge of the future, firing the emergency response team hoping there would be an emergency in their field of expertise at the precise moment he needed it was leaving a lot to chance.

As for the short term incompetence, I believe if the choice between attributing an action (or inaction) to maliciousness or stupidity, I will most often choose the latter.

As for the national emergency leading to martial law- this is now the 33rd active national emergency in effect. He has no greater ability to declare martial law today than he did three days ago.

The idea of a plan to have the population of cities die off to change the political ratio in the country is not worth wasting time disputing, it is ridiculous.
