14. Is he holding a rally or just going to toss out paper towels?

If he is holding a rally, he really does have no clue what is appropriate. People died in this storm. Lives were destroyed, property smashed like tinker toys. Holding a campaign style rally would be the epitome of indifference to their suffering. But then, it is ALL about him, isn’t it?
