Here we go, again. Another ice "event" in the forecast [View all]

Of course, every site I check seems to have a different forecast, and things could drastically change (hopefully for the better) in the next 24 hours. None the less, I'm stocked up with batteries, candles, flashlights, peanut butter, cans of tuna, bread, water, caramel corn (comfort food) and a bag of limes to go with the gin and tonic "emergency" supplies.

I will say that my storm PTSD, while triggering, isn't nearly as bad as last year, when we were under the threat of an ice storm. I credit my daily dosing with CBD for helping to control the anxiety. So, as long as the electricity is connected, my freak out posts, tomorrow night, will be slightly mitigated.
