How Can Anyone Take Trump Seriously Now? [View all]
He is a laughing stock. Every national leader on the planet must almost fall down in laughter when seeing him making ludicrous claims and demands. Worse, he is turning the United States into a laughing stock of a nation.
Today, he called on China, of all nations, to "investigate the Bidens." Meanwhile, he is conducting a trade war against China. Why would Xi or any other national leader take him seriously? The answer is that they won't and don't take him seriously. His belligerent transparency and shallowness are on daily display right now.
It would be comical if it were not so tragic. No national leader is going to be willing to join in a discussion with a madman. To do so would be foolish and dangerous. Trump turns on his heel and attacks anyone who doesn't acquiesce to whatever insane demands he makes. The only possible response to Trump is to ignore his rants.
The problem is that Trump is also the President of the most powerful nation on the planet in some areas. As a President, he is so volatile and irrational that it's impossible to figure out what response will not set him off once again.
There is only one solution to this: Impeach and remove Trump before he leads us into a global conflict to satisfy his hatred and lust for power.
