5. More to the story. Still a problem, but...

She was arrested. She gave a false, made-up name which happened to be the same as a foreign national that had previously been deported. That fast-tracked her for deportation. The problem is that they fingerprinted her, but didn't bother to check them against the actual person with that name.

A LOT of the blame lies on her in this one for lying and stealing. Not all of it, obviously, but play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
