She's obviously grown, as a person, and doesn't hold the views of her past. Her actions are what matters.
This is neither ownership of her past nor an apology.
Heres what I know, I genuinely do not believe I wrote those hateful things because they are completely alien to me, but I can definitely understand based on things I have tweeted and I have written in the past why some people dont believe me,"
it's very similar to the old "if I offended you, I'm sorry"...like if you weren't offended the person isn't sorry for what they did/said?
Own it. Apologize and move on.
She's not going to lose her job, nor should she. But don't sit there an lie about being hacked and put the blame on the people who don't believe her lie.
