Trump Appeal BACKFIRES as His Own Lawyer Creates LEGAL NIGHTMARE - Legal AF
Trump getting around to filing his appeal brief raising tired old arguments to undo his 34 felony count conviction in New York is not the news; the headline is the ethical dilemma yet another Trump lawyer and firm have with trying to represent both Trump as President and Trump personally, representing him in his appeals, while also serving as secret government lawyers to squeeze fellow law firms and get them to settle "or else" with the Trump Administration.
