The DHS guy is an ABSOLUTE BULLY, A SELF-IMPORTANT ASSHOLE ... a recruited "$50,000 bonus hire" obviously IN LOVE with what he assumes is his new 'authority'.

This clip shows how arrogant they are even when they're in the wrong, starting at the 21:00 point of the video.

I watched the whole thing expecting something a little different. I guess I should send them a note about their headlines, they need a little more thought put into them.
