the monologue.

SNL went from one of their best cold opens ever two weeks ago, to one that was good but not great last week, to this embarrassment. And on No Kings day.

At this rate, with this trajectory, we might get Trump introducing his favorite AI slop videos next week. Not a parody of him - Trump himself. And with a laugh track if they don't have enough MAGAts in the audience.

That first show had given me such great hopes for this.season.
