because whoever I saw with them repeated and repeated too much, but this guy was good and to the point. Ill give them more chances.

I used to get rid of all the capitalizations, but I finally stopped bothering. I know that the subject lines are OTT, but the content is usually quite good.

It should be a law somewhere, but yes, the way they're doing that is OTT.
