Right-Wing Supreme Court Justices Announce Trump CAN Keep Dismantling Department Of Education - Glenn Kirschner
Only Congress can create or close a government agency like the Department of Education. However, the six right-wing Supreme Court Justices ruled that Trump can continue his efforts to close the Department of Education even though it clearly violates the doctrine of separation of powers.
