and domestic production could and should have been incentivized years ago by targeted (but low) tariffs on Chinese components and subsidies (small ones) on US produced components, removing China's advantage in underpriced but loaded components.

One thing she didn't mention are those Chinese high altitude balloons with the listening devices. Those are making more sense.

(Clue phone to nitwit Republicans: if you want less of something, tax it. If you want more of something, subsidize it. Nothing else works)
