Oh, trump in his clueless mind still thinks tariffs are answer to all economic problems, which of course they are not, but his advisors know better and steer him to where they need him to be and script his utterances that stay on message.

In other words, they're going along with the authoritarian playbook because it's working for now and they're in charge but deep down many know better but play the game.

Those who know better doesn't include the true believer assholes like Steven Miller and a few others.

IMO it's going to bite them all in the end and hurt them and the rest of us.

Dems can run on a lot of these mistakes. We'll see in '26 if it's too late or not to save democracy.
