My car is in the shop, but I watched on my local news station. Was moved to tears a couple of times. Very good to see. Bruce Springsteen was awesome.

And Bruce Springsteen was definitely the star, I saw him years ago when my brother was at the University of Vermont and he performed in the gym! I lost track of how many encores he did...

I noticed a few differences this time. There were no counter protesters. There were no people trying to weave in and out of the crowd to disrupt things. There were no cars or trucks going by giving us the finger or shouting at us.

My event takes place in a small town, the county seat, in a red area: Oregon, IL, in front of the old courthouse.
