Jack Smith to testify publicly before Congress next week - The Weekend - MS NOW

This week, former Special Counsel Jack Smith will be back on Capitol Hill testifying before the House Judiciary Committee about his investigations into Trump.

This time, however, it will not be behind closed doors. Instead, it will be a public hearing. Congresswoman Mary Gay Scanlon of Pennsylvania, who is a member of the House Judiciary Committee that will be questioning Jack Smith, joins “The Weekend” to discuss. - Aired on 01/18/2026.
