Run out the clock until the new increased costs have been incorporated into the ACA and making the Democrats' demand moot.

(35,797 posts)2. I've thought about that, but there's more than one way to have the government fund or refund those insured.
Plus not sure the repukes have the stomach to leave the government shutdown until 12/1.
