He simply does not give a shit about rules or laws. Break a law take it to court.. If the Court renders a decision he does not like ignore it they are not going to make you follow the law when you have more thugs. If they work for you and were stupid enough to sign on fire them. Personal integrity is so boring and someone who signs on may be really as stupid as the average Trump voter. Figure out how Fascism works there are still a few good books out there. Besides Trump and his Narcissism will not last forever. Old man has so far survived two assassination attempts and besides, he knows his time could be up any day now.

And he's gotten worse over time, given his new "enemies" list which includes any and every Democrat, so he is determined to punish any Democratic leader or state, no matter how many Americans are hurt in the process, just for spite.
