The Department of Justice charged Democratic Rep. LaMonica McIver with assaulting federal law enforcement during a chaotic melee that erupted outside of an ICE detention facility in New Jersey. Rep. McIver spoke about the charges and the incident with CNN's Kate Bolduan.
