Hurricane preparations at Federal Emergency Management Agency have slowed to a crawl, and the disaster relief agency “is not ready” for the June 1 start to the season, according to an internal agency review obtained by CNN. CNN's Gabe Cohen reports.

How the fuck will we know what the hell the hurricane is doing with the planes and NOAA information? Hurricanes move around so much, it is critial to get up to the minute information so we know whether we have to evacuate or not! It's very costly, so not something a lot can just pick up and go with their animals. It takes planning, which we won't get this time around because he's determined to kill us - the working class and poor. He doesn't care about his property, Saudi Arabia or Russia would just rebuild it for him for a few favors, of course. But what about everyone else down there? Does he hate the south so much that he will destoy us all for a few hundred thousand more for him and his rich reich wing pals? It sure seems like the answer is yes.
