1. When Katrina flooded New Orleans, the Mexican Government offered to send Mexican Army troops, trained....

......and equipped to do water treatment to help get clean water to the displaced people. George W. Bush refused to accept the aid, because, you know, Brownie was doing "a-hell-uv-a-job". Also explaining that the U.S. couldn't have foreign troops in OUR country. So there is that precedent, not to mention calling Mexicans "rapist and murderers".

2. If Trump/GOP legislators REALLY want to fight the cartels, they should stop the US gun shops that sell to smugglers

That store where the Uvalde shooter got his gun and ammo was already being watched due to massive sales of guns and ammunition to buyers who ATF suspected of smuggling arms to cartel. We sometimes see news of arrests of people transporting guns and ammo south on I-19 in AZ, heading to Mexico. Who knows how many gun runners they don't catch.

US citizens are the market for cartel drugs. US citizens are making money running guns TO cartels. We are the problem and Trump uses the problem as a campaign trick and now he's trying to invade Mexico. Maybe he needs viagra instead of trying to create wars to get his ... feelings off.
