This guy blames everything on early retirement. 30 years is enough of at stressful job. Maybe if the job paid better people would be lining up to do it. I hate this attitude that we all need to work until we are all used up for our corporate overlords.

Did you notice how calm, efficient, and skilled the DEI female traffic controller handled the situation with the helicopter? I am sure calls to eliminate all DEI hires will do wonders to improve staffing.
