Of course its what they wanted. They have hacked our voter databases, hacked our politicians websites, our hospitals, prisons, etc etc. And we are just realizing they want data? 99% of the country is being brainwashed by their phones based on DATA

This act, signed into law in 1878, the Posse Committals Act, a US federal law that generally
prohibits the use of the military for civilian law enforcement duties.
It was enacted in response to concerns about the use of federal troops
