ICE was 'misleading' mothers: Attorney for 2-year-old U.S. citizen removed to Honduras - MSNBC
The Department of Homeland Security released the names of the two mothers removed from the U.S. along with their U.S.-born citizen children and brought to Honduras. National Immigration Project attorney Gracie Willis, who is representing one of the children, joins José Díaz-Balart to share the latest on the case.

What ICE has called a voluntary choice was really a trap, the lawyer states. One family was called in for a "wellness check" and another was called in to "service" the mother's ankle monitor. They were never presented any option, according to the lawyer.
